By accessing our website at lanierpristine.com or engaging our cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Lanier Pristine provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the Gainesville, Georgia area and surrounding communities near Lake Lanier. Our services include recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, vacation rental turnover cleaning, commercial cleaning, and post-construction cleaning.

All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion.

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided through our website, phone, or email are estimates based on the information provided by the client. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of the property, additional services requested, and other factors assessed during the service visit.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice for recurring service agreements.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Scheduled cleaning appointments should be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We strive to arrive within the scheduled time window but may occasionally experience delays due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible of any significant delays.

Access and Preparation

Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property being cleaned. This includes securing pets, providing entry instructions, and ensuring the property is accessible at the scheduled time.

Our cleaning professionals are not responsible for moving heavy furniture, handling hazardous materials, or performing tasks outside the agreed scope of work.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service. We will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.

Liability and Insurance

Lanier Pristine is fully licensed and insured. While we take every precaution to protect your property, in the unlikely event of accidental damage during a cleaning service, please report it within 24 hours. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.

We are not liable for damage to items that are inherently fragile, improperly secured, or in a pre-existing condition of disrepair. We are not liable for pre-existing stains that cannot be removed through standard cleaning methods.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For recurring service agreements, payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement.
